Sourcewell's Educators of Excellence Awards celebrate the dedication, hard work, and leadership of innovative teachers and school staff throughout Sourcewell’s central Minnesota service region of Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena counties and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Schools may select a Teacher of Excellence and a Pillar of Excellence who have had a positive impact on students and on their school environment.
