ExCEL Award Recipients Named at Pierz Healy High School

Congratulations to our 2025-26  ExCEL Recipients from Pierz Emily Boser and Link Toops. ExCEL, which stands for Excellence in Community, Education and Leadership, is a unique recognition program sponsored by the MSHSL designed exclusively for Minnesota high school juniors who are active in school activities, who show leadership qualities, and who are model citizens.  

Emily is the daughter of Brian and Denise Boser. She is involved in: Golf, Trap-Shooting, Drama Club, Youth Group, Knowledge Bowl, Theatre (Stage Manager), Band, Jazz Band, Pep Band, and MHS. 

Link is the son of Skip and Ashley Toops. He is involved in Wrestling, Football, Baseball, Student Council, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Peer Helping, MHS, Spanish Club, EPIC, Band, WEB, Weight Lifting, and Youth Group.
